With urban revitalization as our objective, SynBOX Hostel are committed to providing teenagers with affordable quality of life, creating a harmonious and warm atmosphere in the neighbor.

Our target customers are young people who are students or have just started their career develooment.

Three types of units, namely 2-person unit, 5-person unit and 8-person unit, are provided.

Each unit has a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. Both the 5-person unit and 8-person unit have two or three bedrooms respectively.

A comprehensive set of appliances and furniture is available for each unit, including appliances such as a TV set, air-conditioners, a heater, a refrigerator, an induction cooker and a microwave oven, and furniture like beds, mattresses, desks, chairs, mirrors and shelves.

The monthly rental per bed is around HK$3,000, depending on the floor, the type of unit and the market price. For details, please contact our sales staff.

The monthly rental includes the water charge, Internet charge, cleaning charge and the management fee.

The hostel has a roof garden, a common room and a laundry room.
