With urban revitalization as our objective, SynBOX Hostel are committed to providing teenagers with affordable quality of life, creating a harmonious and warm atmosphere in the neighbor. “THINK outside the box, CREATE endless possibilities” is the philosophy that we uphold.
Unlike traditional hostels offering independentsuites in Hong Kong, our preferred hostel needs to possess the feature of “sharable living environment.” Therefore, SynBOX Hostel features high-quality ancillary facilities such as the roof garden and the common room for tenants to socialize and to establish neighborhood relationship. SynBOX Hostel aims at providing quality life at an affordable price for teenagers. We are convinced that the new generation will favour this kind of accommodation, which is a new trend of the rental market.
SynBOX actively take part in social service
We attach importance to values of corporatesocial responsibility and environmental protection, and actively participate in “WEEE Go Green” scheme, donating air-conditioners, heaters to those in need. Our future plan includes setting up volunteer teams consisting members from staff and tenants to help the under-privileged.

A surveillance camera and security system is installed around the public area, providing reliable monitoring and security of the Workshop around the clock.

The Common Room is well-furnished with a couch, a long table – a comfortable place for social gathering and resting.
