With urban revitalization as our objective, SynBOX Hostel are committed to providing teenagers with affordable quality of life, creating a harmonious and warm atmosphere in the neighbor. “THINK outside the box, CREATE endless possibilities” is the philosophy that we uphold.

Unlike traditional hostels offering independentsuites in Hong Kong, our preferred hostel needs to possess the feature of “sharable living environment.” Therefore, SynBOX Hostel features high-quality ancillary facilities such as the roof garden and the common room for tenants to socialize and to establish neighborhood relationship. SynBOX Hostel aims at providing quality life at an affordable price for teenagers. We are convinced that the new generation will favour this kind of accommodation, which is a new trend of the rental market.

SynBOX actively take part in social service
We attach importance to values of corporatesocial responsibility and environmental protection, and actively participate in “WEEE Go Green” scheme, donating air-conditioners, heaters to those in need. Our future plan includes setting up volunteer teams consisting members from staff and tenants to help the under-privileged.

Newly-furnished and situated in the heart of Hunghom, SynBOX Hostel is an excellent choice for students. It is adjacent to the following tertiary institutions:

Polytechnic University : walking distance;

Polytechnic Hung Hom Bay Campus : a five to ten minutes’ walking distance;

Open University : a ten to fifteen minutes’ walking distance or reach there by Minibus no. 8, bus no. 8, 41 or 45.

Facilities and Services of the Hostel

Surveillance Camera and Security System

A surveillance camera and security system is installed around the public area of each floor, providing reliable monitoring and security of the hostel around the clock.

Electronic Door Access System
Electronic door locks are installed at the main entrance and each unit. Tenants can conveniently access their unit using a digital access or a password.

High-speed Internet Connection
Wi-Fi is available to all Hostel tenants to enjoy free high-speed internet access at every corner of the unit.

Appliances and Furniture
A comprehensive set of appliances and furniture is available for each unit, including appliances such as a TV set, air-conditioners, a heater, a refrigerator, an induction cooker and a microwave oven, and furniture like beds, mattresses, desks, chairs, mirrors and shelves.

Mail-boxes and Private Lockers
A mail-box is allocated for each unit and tenants have their own bed cabinet with lock and security locker.

Multi-purpose Common Room
A multi-purpose common room is located on the first floor, providing an ideal venue for socializing and recreation. In addition, this area can be a suitable place for student tenants to study.

Roof Garden
The roof garden provides an environment for tenants to enjoy fresh air and tranquility.

Maintenance and Cleaning Service
Regular facilities maintenance and daily cleaning are provided to ensure a hygienic and comfortable living space.

Common Room
Situated on the first floor, the Common Room is well-furnished with a couch, a long table, TV sets, a vending machine and a coffee machine – a comfortable place for social gathering and resting.

Roof Garden
The roof garden is filled with flowers and bushes. Equipped with water-proof decking and specially-designed ceiling lamps and floor lamps, it is an ideal place for relaxing and gathering.

SynBOX Hostel is situated right in the heart of Hunghom. As it is just a few minutes’ walk from Hung Hom Station, you can take the East Rail Line and the West Rail Line to go just anywhere in Hong Kong. In addition, there are a wide variety of shops, restaurants and recreational facilities to meet all your needs.
